If you work in an international environment then you will know what a cultural gap is. As a cultural bridge builder I help people from different cultures close that cultural gap. I can help you understand how people from other cultures think, feel and behave in certain work situations.
When you can understand how and why people from other cultures think, feel and behave as they do, then you can communicate more effectively with them.
I provide courses and workshops, as well as presentations and motivational speeches.
My specialist area is explaining Norwegian cultural behaviour and what other cultures think and say about them.
